Missing Giblink Messages

Here is a copy to Giblink to fix my mail server:

Hi there at technical support

For the last month I'm not receiving any notifications from Giblink.
Also,it appears to me that when I send out an invite to my contacts to join my new group,they do not receiving,in other words something wrong with my Giblink mailing system.

would you please find the cause ,and fix it so I can be in touch with my business network.
